Under India's IT Rules, 2021 you can raise a complaint about content on EasyHouseHunt, or about how you were treated on it, with our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days of receiving it. To complain, email the address below with the subject "Grievance" and include the listing or page concerned.

If you think you have lost money to a fake listing or a scam, report it to your local police and to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in, or call the cybercrime helpline on 1930. Then tell us which listing it was, so we can remove it and warn others.
