EasyHouseHunt (easyhousehunt.com) is operated by EasyHouseHunt Proptech ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
If you tap "Near me", or have already allowed location access for this site, your browser shares your device's location with the page so it can show listings close to you. Your location is used only in your browser to sort and display listings. It is not sent to our servers or stored. You can stop this at any time in your browser's site settings.
To help you find listings again, we keep a short list of the listings you recently viewed in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device, is not sent to our servers, and you can clear it from the Recent list or your browser settings.
To run the service: show listings on the map, let owners and tenants contact each other, keep your account secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
We use service providers to run EasyHouseHunt, including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Google (sign-in), plus map tile providers (CARTO / OpenStreetMap) that receive standard request data when the map loads. Your listing information and any contact details you add are visible to other users of the platform.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing easyhousehunt@gmail.com. We may keep limited records where the law requires.
Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent. Email easyhousehunt@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
EasyHouseHunt is not intended for anyone under 18.
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
