What we are

EasyHouseHunt is an online platform that helps people find and list rental properties. We are not a broker, landlord, agent or party to any rental agreement. Any agreement is solely between the owner and the tenant.

Listings

Listings are created by owners and other users. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, available or lawful, and a "verified" label does not mean we guarantee the property or the person. Visit the property, check ownership documents and do your own due diligence before paying any money. Never pay a deposit or rent before seeing the property.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information and list only properties you are entitled to rent out.
Do not post false, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights.
Do not harass other users, scrape the platform, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a licence to host and display it on the platform for the purpose of running the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from dealings between users, from inaccurate listings, or from interruptions to the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
